2. An i-Syariah user account to access the Syarie Advocate System.
3. An E-Banking account with a Bank Negara authorized bank to perform online payments.
4. A Digital Certificate (Digicert) to verify E-Signatures.
5. An electronic corporate stamp and individual signature.

 
How do I register my SarawakID?

1. Desktop users may register online through the SarawakID Portal.
2. Mobile users may download the official SarawakID app on the Apple Store or Play Store and register through the app.

 
How do I register my Syarie Advocate System account with Syariah Court?

1. Fill in the User Access Request Form.
2. Submit the form to the court email address for approval.

 
How do I prepare my corporate seal and individual signature?

1. Convert your corporate seal and individual signature to digital images with transparent background.
2. Set the height and width of both images to 640px x 640px
3. Store the images in .GIF format.

1. Fill in the Image Appearance Request Form.
2. Submit the form to the court email address for conversion.

 
How do I know if my firm’s banking account is eligible to make online payments?
Ask your bank whether or not your firm’s or individual banking account is able to make online transactions.
 
How to Apply / Renew your Roaming Digital Certificate?
Provide documents as per below for certificate issuance process:

1. Fill out the PosDigicert Individual Application form from the official PosDigicert website.
2. Acquire an Authorization Letter from company/management.

(Signed by either the Head of Department, Head of Division or your Company’s Director. Kindly note that the signature cannot be sign by the applicant. If the applicant is the company director, the signature must be sign by another director/ partner of the company. If there is only one director or no partner kindly state in the letter that you as the applicant are the sole proprietor (pemilik tunggal) of the company)

3. Photocopy of Applicant IC (front and back).
4. Email or courier to PosDigicert Sdn. Bhd
